Can I come alone?

Yes. Most clients attend on their own.


You’re also welcome to bring a co-host or team member. We keep the day to a maximum of two attendees to ensure focus and efficiency, and those attending should be working together on the same retreat.


If you’d like to share the day with someone working on a different retreat, we offer options for multiple hosts. Please email hello@restandreceive.au to discuss.

I already run retreats, will this still be useful?

Yes. This is often where experienced hosts refine their pricing, improve structure and strengthen profitability.


We also work with hosts who have run retreats before and found the experience more demanding than expected. Together, we refine how you plan and deliver your retreats so they feel structured, supported and sustainable, while still creating a deeply valuable experience for your clients.

Is this tax deductible?

In most cases, yes, as this is a business investment.


We recommend confirming with your accountant.

What if I don’t have support to implement everything?

That’s completely fine.


Many clients come on their own, and we structure the day so you leave with clear decisions and a plan you can move forward with.


If you do have a virtual assistant or team member, they’re welcome to join remotely so we can take action in real time.


If you don’t, Emma’s team can support with light implementation on the day where appropriate, helping you keep momentum and move things forward.


If you’d like further implementation support beyond the day, Emma and her team can discuss additional packages with you.
