  • You agree to take part in this program.

  • The program will take place at the Allisee Apartments, Hollywell on the Gold Coast, Australia. You are responsible for your own travel to and from the venue, as well as your accommodation if you choose to stay the night before or after.

  • You take full responsibility for the accuracy, legality and compliance of any information provided to Emma Lovell.

  • The payment for this experience is non-refundable if you need to cancel. Obviously, this is subject to Consumer Law. If there are any issues with this service, please contact via email to [email protected]. I would like the opportunity to work with you in relation to your issues, whatever they may be.

  • With the exceptions provided by Consumer Law, a client may not cancel this service that they have purchased. Emma Lovell has a finite capacity in relation to the services that it can provide, and requires payment in order to cover the opportunity cost associated with the cancellation.

  • This service will not commence until these terms and conditions have been agreed by ticking the box above.

  • Upfront payment will be paid before the retreat commences.

  • You will not share any of the content, templates, guides, resources, etc. to any external parties as they are under copyright to Emma Lovell.

  • You will be respectful to all other members of this program, including the program facilitator during all sessions and within the WhatsApp group.
