  • You agree to take part in this program.

  • The program will take place online.

  • You take full responsibility for the accuracy, legality and compliance of any information provided to Emma Lovell.

  • The payment for this experience is non-refundable if you need to cancel. Obviously, this is subject to Consumer Law. If there are any issues with this service, please contact via email to [email protected] I would like the opportunity to work with you in relation to your issues, whatever they may be.

  • With the exceptions provided by Consumer Law, a client may not cancel this service that they have purchased. Emma Lovell has a finite capacity in relation to the services that it can provide, and requires payment in order to cover the opportunity cost associated with the cancellation.

  • This service will not commence until these terms and conditions have been agreed by ticking the box above.

  • Upfront payment will be paid before the coaching commences.

  • You will not share any of the content, templates, guides, resources, etc. to any external parties as they are under copyright to Emma Lovell.

  • You will be respectful to the program facilitator during all sessions and within the WhatsApp group.

  • You will book and attend your 6 Zoom calls within the 3 month period. Any unbooked/unattended calls after the 3 month period will not be rolled over.
